Beautiful bares resemblance to Bollywood film Guzaarish, starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai. The film also seems to be inspired from Hollywood flicks The Seas Inside and The diving bell & The butterfly. However, you cannot call it a copy as it retains its' strong Malayali flavour.
